We need to make sure that your app testers can download your app to test it. To allow that, we need to create a sale to temporarily offer the app for free for the app testers.
Begin by opening the "Sales" page in the Google Play Console.
Click "Create sale" at the top right.

Name the sale "For Testing".
Make the sale start tomorrow and last 7 days.
Click "Edit sale price" and set the price to 0.

Click "Apply prices" and then "Save" at the bottom right.
