We recently completed the development of the HRB app, a project that involved converting their website into a mobile app. This case study will take you through the process of creating the app, the features we implemented, and the client's feedback.
HRB is a wholesale business for house technology professionals.
Here's a brief overview of the HRB app as it is presented in the app stores:
We offer a self-serve platform that empowers customers to create their own app with ease. This allowed our client to easily build the HRB app with the flexibility to design and customize their app according to their preferences. Our support team is always available to assist customers throughout the app creation process if a configuration is too complicated for them to do themselves. This ensures a smooth and hassle-free experience.
During the app creation, we also add native features that elevate the app above the functionality of just the website. One example for that are push notifications, which you can send at any time through your app-control-panel.com dashboard. Or you can even automate them! Of course there are many other features, but we're highlighting the push notification feature because it's one of the most popular features. Many of our customers create an app just for the ability to send notifications.
App rejections can occur during the app publishing process, but they are usually minor issues that can be quickly resolved. Common reasons for app rejections include missing or incorrect information in the app store listing, or issues with the app's functionality. Our team is experienced in addressing these issues and working with customers to resolve them efficiently.
Our team has a wealth of experience in app publishing, having successfully published hundreds of apps on both the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. This expertise allows us to navigate the app review process efficiently and address any issues that may arise during the review. We work closely with our customers to ensure that their app meets all the necessary requirements for publication, resulting in a smooth and successful app launch.
With the app now published on the app stores, users can easily download and access HRB on their mobile devices. The HRB team is pleased with the outcome and looks forward to the app's success.
By now, the app has been downloaded over 100 times already! The users seem to be quite happy with the app, since they have rated it 0.0 stars on average based on 0 reviews.
Transforming the HRB website into a mobile app was a rewarding experience for both us and our client. We were able to deliver a high-quality, cross-platform mobile app that enhanced the user experience and added value to HRB's services.
The customer's experience with us:
“We are very satisfied with our new app. Additionally, we would like to highlight the extremely fast, competent, and friendly support from app-control-panel.com, which helped us with the publication in the stores as well as with any questions in a completely uncomplicated manner. Thank you very much!”
