Project Kickoff

The JMAFC HapKiDo app project was a unique opportunity for us to showcase our app development skills. In this case study, we'll provide an overview of the project, the challenges we faced, and the successful outcome we achieved.

App Highlights

Jung Martial Arts Family Center is a martial arts school in Pennsylvania. They teach the korean martial art HapKiDo.

This is the description of the app as it appears in the app stores:

This app is designed for members and visitors of Jung Martial Arts Family Center. Book a trial class or sign into your member account to view guides, videos and other training materials. HAPKIDO is a dynamic, all encompassing, Korean Martial Art of Self-Defense that skill sets that include devastating strikes, kicks, joint-locks, throws, pressure points, weapons, meditation practices and character cultivation.

App Development

The JMAFC HapKiDo team opted for our self-serve approach, which allows customers to configure and customize their app to their liking. This approach offers flexibility and control, enabling users to tailor the app's appearance and functionality based on their specific needs. However, customers are not alone in this process - they always have the option to seek assistance from our dedicated support team whenever needed.

To enhance the app's functionality, we incorporate additional features such as push notifications, which enable the JMAFC HapKiDo team to communicate with users effectively and keep them informed about important updates and events. These features are designed to improve user engagement and provide a more interactive experience for app users.

App Store Submission

During the app publishing process, it's not uncommon to encounter an app rejection from either Google or Apple. Typically these are minor issues, like accidentally providing incorrect links or information in the app store listing. Sometimes there's also a need for small website changes to make sure the content of the app is in compliance with the app store rules.

With our proven track record of successfully publishing apps on the Apple App Store and Google Play Store, we are well-equipped to handle any challenges that may arise during the app review process. Our team is experienced in addressing common issues that can lead to app rejections, and we work closely with our customers to resolve these issues quickly and effectively. This ensures that the app is published without unnecessary delays, allowing users to access the app as soon as possible.

After successfully publishing the app, the JMAFC HapKiDo team was thrilled to see their app live on the app stores. The app is now available to users, allowing them to access JMAFC HapKiDo conveniently on their mobile devices.

Already, users have downloaded the app over 0 times! On average they gave the app a rating of 0.0 stars in the app stores (based on over 0 reviews).

Project Recap

The JMAFC HapKiDo app project was a great success, showcasing our ability to convert websites into mobile apps seamlessly. We are thrilled to have delivered a user-friendly app that provides a convenient way for users to access JMAFC HapKiDo's services.
